Azm is a productivity app that combines a Pomodoro timer, prayer times, and task management. The app is completely free and does not require account creation.

• Using the app in a manner that violates local laws

4. Prayer Times

Prayer times displayed in the app are based on astronomical calculations via the Aladhan API and are approximate. You should verify official prayer times from the relevant authorities in your country. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in prayer times.

5. Data and Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or resetting it will permanently erase all data. You are responsible for backing up any important data.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the app, including design, code, content, and the "Azm" trademark, are reserved by the app developer.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• 100% accuracy of prayer times
• Compatibility with all devices

8. Limitation of Liability

The app developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
