1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Azm app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Azm is a productivity app that combines a Pomodoro timer, prayer times, and task management. The App provides free basic features (up to 5 tasks, focus timer, basic ambient sounds) and advanced features (Premium) available through paid subscriptions.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers paid subscriptions that provide access to Premium features:

• Monthly subscription: $0.99 / month
• Annual subscription: $9.99 / year

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period (7 days) for new users. During the trial period, you can access all Premium features at no charge.

After the trial period ends, subscription fees will be automatically charged according to the selected plan, unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial expires.

You can cancel the free trial at any time from your Apple account settings without any charges.

5. Refunds

All refunds are processed through Apple in accordance with App Store policies. We cannot process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App's code
• Using the App in a manner that violates local laws
• Redistributing the App or any part of it

7. Prayer Times

Prayer times displayed in the App are based on astronomical calculations via the Aladhan API and are approximate. You should verify official prayer times from the relevant authorities in your country. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in prayer times.

8. Data and Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App or resetting it will permanently erase all data. You are responsible for backing up any important data.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the App, including design, code, content, and the "Azm" trademark, are reserved by the App developer. No part of the App may be copied or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• 100% accuracy of prayer times
• Compatibility with all devices

11. Limitation of Liability

The App developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
